Label Dispensers
This is a Stainless Steel LD-1 Dispenser (stainless steel frames are no longer available) with a Norwood R1000 hot stamp Code Dater mounted and electronically interfaced. This unit was built to Customer specifications. The Code Dater is controlled by a timing logic daughter board attached to the LD-1 standard control board and receiving its start signal from the label detection. The daughter board then controls an air solenoid to correctly stamp a code on the labels. From drawing board to delivery was less then six weeks.
This is a LD-1 with a Norwood MLP-2 code dater. It is mounted and interfaced like the 812 above but with a unique 90 ° swivel allowing the MLP-2 and its type holder to be aligned across or along the web.
We can also provide integrated label counters and computer/process controller interfacing.
